Today Jesus? Hometown of Nazareth is one of the world's most visited sites by pilgrims from around the world - while to its inhabitants it is a neglected slum populated by mostly poor families and abandoned houses. Bed & Breakfast reveals the reality of Nazareth's souq (Old Market) through four children - Mohammad, Majd, Bishara and Hala. It exposes the children's connection to the place as they cope with everyday life within families exhaustingly struggling to make ends meet when under poverty line in the State of Israel. It shows parents helplessly trying to find various obvious and less obvious explanations to the current political-economical situation. Despite all analysis arousing from such a reality, the film does not search for accusations, and wanders along with the children through the souq's old alleys, in their ultimate search of playgrounds, sustenance and hope.
