The moving story of three sisters: Afrodita, the youngest sister, stopped speaking after her mother's departure and her father's death; Sapho, the middle one, prepared for anything in her search of a new life; Slavica, the oldest sister, a drug addict, employed at the local factory. I am from Titov Veles is the story about Afrodita's determination and her sacrifice. It's about the tormented relationship of three sisters and their battle against their destiny, in a highly polluted environment created by human negligence and ignorance, a product of forceful socialist industrialisation, a city of "lost souls".
