Decades after the dark times of the dictatorship in Portugal, Pedro is reaching the most momentous decision of his life: to face his family and country's past. Led by his determination to solve the riddle of his childhood, he sets about collecting clue almost obliterated by time and comes across people who would prefer to remain forgotten. Little by little, he will reach the point where his father disappeared, but soon he will discover that truth is not always a good thing to unbury...
